Born of the Herald of Free Enterprise ferry disaster, DCC, the trading style of the Dover Counselling Centre will soon be 40 years old, representing a long, distinguished career that has seen many thousands of clients treated for a vast number of mental health related issues.
You are invited to attend our workshop entitled ‘Mental Health in the Workplace’
As this will be our first event of many it will be free of charge and limited to the first 24 people to sign-up.
Attending the workshop will increase your understanding of the main mental health issues that people suffer and enable you to use these skills in your workplace.

- Overview of main mental health conditions
- Creating an accepting culture
- Developing helping skills
- Referring on to other professionals
- Self-care
