You are not alone
If at any point you feel you need additional support and advice, outside of the use of any therapy or GP appointments, there are various mental health support services available.
Two national organisations who we would recommend for support are: Samaritans or Mental Health Matters.
You might choose to call Samaritans or Mental Health Matters if:
- You are feeling low, anxious or stressed and feel talking to another person might help you cope
- You may be in extreme emotional distress and feel that there is nowhere else to turn
- You may be caring for another person and finding it difficult to cope
